There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from one of our stores. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.You can make "Return request" online for single order, item or entire order. The Return cost will all by TGILIVE. For any other reason cause 2nd returns, the shipping cost will all by customers.

  • HOW TO APPLY RETURNS?

    Please contact our costumer service when you change your mind or find there has some issue with products within 10 days, we will help you to apply Returns. We will send you "Return request Form" by e-mail, please fill in all the information it needs and make sure all product had original package specily without damage and using. After we recieved your request by e-mail, TGILIVE will send courier to recieve items, We will keep contact you by e-mail to follow up all status.

    RETURNS INFORMATION

  • 1. All returns need to keep original package, accessories and everything with product when you fist recieved.TGILIVE will send you photo and detail when we recieved item back, if there has any damage, used or other issue, we will contact you by e-mail and will refund you.
  • 2. If you apply Returns, TGILIVE will contact you to send courier to get items bac, Once we get item, please keep the reciept to ensure your rights in the future.
  • 3. Once you apply Returns within 10 days. If we can not contact you succesfully for other issue to cause Return process failure, We will cancel return request and Costumer can not apply returns again.
  • 4. We will refund you the amout of your orders when you checkout.
  • *Service time: Mon.-Fri. 10AM-18PM. We will not contact you by phone if it necessary.
